I used to have what Christmas presents I did already bought by now. Isn’t happening this year. I do have what they’re going to be packed and wrapped in. My life can be so exciting.
As you can see by Itzl's concerned look, this group is for us to check in at to let people know we are alive, doing OK, and not affected by such things as heat, blizzards, floods, wild fires, hurricanes, tornadoes, power outages, or other such things that could keep us off DKos. It's also so we can find other Kossacks nearby for in-person checks when other methods of communication fail - a buddy system. Members come here to check in. If you're not here, or anywhere else on DKos, and there are adverse conditions in your area (floods, heatwaves, hurricanes, etc.), we and your buddy are going to check up on you. If you are going to be away from your computer for a day or a week, let us know here. We care!
IAN is a great group to join, and a good place to learn to write diaries. Drop one of us a PM to be added to the Itzl Alert Network anytime! We all share the publishing duties, and we welcome everyone who reads IAN to write diaries for the group! Every member is an editor, so anyone can take a turn when they have something to say, photos and music to share, a cause to promote or news!

Well, I’m doing something right. I landed on my ass while trying to figure out how to navigate my new laundry basket through to the back door. I just got up again and went about my business. I figured out what I screwed up — I may find other ways to let it get away from me, but what I did that time won’t happen again.
Very early, rather strange Ilona Andrews story. Not really to my taste, but they’ve always written well.
I got called on the referral to get my ears cleaned, and have an appointment in mid-January for the purpose. I have my annual teeth cleaning and checkup scheduled for a few days later than that. This one should have been done in November, but I have been a little discombobulated lately.
I have things in train for the other appointments I need at OHSU; but that will remain to be completed next week.
The Reed sisters bought me a 24-piece tea selection. Samples of popular teas at 24 different locations around the world. Also a pin with three frogs, gold, silver and bronze.
