this letter in the Boston Globe, noting that Martha Stewart's stock-dumping appears to be much less egregious than George W. Bush's well-timed 1990 dumping of $848,000 worth of Harken Energy stock, just before the price plummeted.
The statute of limitations for criminal prosecution has, no doubt, elapsed, but shouldn't this be a political issue?
