George Bush spied on Quakers... and Vegans... and Gays.
He's a coward; a liar. He's psychotic. He's a man who is endangering the lives of our children through his now blatant disregard for our National Security. How many agents are investigating Vegans... rather than the Islamic militant who's going to suitcase nuke my city? And is that on purpose? Does it mesh 100% with his pre-911 dimsantling of government programs investigating the hijackers? I mean... by his actions, we really must assume he's salivating for another terrorist attack here in the U.S. Praying for it no doubt. Everything he does (or doesn't do) seems to invite it. Yeah, it sucks when your President is trying to kill you... if you happen to live in an urban (ie liberal) area... like New Orleans... or NYC for example.
He was spying on American activist groups. He was wasting the money and manpower we thought he was spending spying on Islamic militants... to monitor Quakers?
Nixon was a Quaker.
:)
And then he tells us our kids are in danger from terrorists... and that's why we need to support him?
;(
This is the one that will end Bush. Somehow... before now, I've always been sceptical. But this is the one that just stops me in my tracks as to how evident, how inescapable is the fact that what he has done is not only Unconstitutional... but it's thoroughly un-American, fascist...
psychotic. We are dealing with a psychopath who honestly doesn't care if urban liberals are blown to hell. Vegans? Seriously... he just doesn't care about Islamic terrorists at all does he? Right? He's inviting it? He's throwing it in our faces here people. If you live in a city in America... Bush is telling you he just doesn't give a goddam about you or your kids. You are the enemy. I fear it's only going to get worse. Because in reality, America is Bush's enemy. It always has been of course. And I guess the final question in all this has always been...
"What are the guys who masterminded the bloody massacres in Central America for Reagan willing to do to Americans living in several key cities... should we get too rowdy?"
Lying to Americans about how he's spending the resources we pay for in order to protect our kids... that's just plain sick. America in the end can't stand for this. To do so would be to finally flush everything even Bush is forced to rhetorically say we stand for... Freedom, Liberty, Justice... all of that is gone if Bush can waste our terrorism specialists spying on whomever he wants to for his own politcal gain. America is gone at that point. So no... I don't think Bush can escape this. We'll see of course. But I think America's sick inflated pride will see to that in the end. 'Least, let's hope we can count on that at least. Hope we're not all cowards here... willing to give up on America... cause Bush says there's terr'ists (real ones mind you... the ones that he's evidently not interested in using our resources to spy on... the ones he "doesn't think about that much," the ones he flew back to Saudi Arabia after 911, when no one else could fly... the ones he let go in Tora Bora... how long before we call a pattern a "pattern" people?). How's that for a tortured sentence.
And it isn't so much the spying for me... we all know the FBI spies on activists... it's actually their job somehow... or at least we all kind of just assume it is. I at least hope they devote as much time to abortion activists... the real killers... though somehow I wonder.
But they go through procedures and it's all checked by more than one cabal hopefully...
hopefully.
But not the President. And not for politics. And not illegally without warrants because he can't admit who the targets are... because it's all Rovian politics... wasting our terorism specialists on this crap...
if a terrorist attack hits America now...
Bush owns it. And he'll be crucified. But then again... maybe that's what he's after all along... eh?
Ya think if we tell him we want to crucify him...
he'll go for it? I just don't really know what to expect from these fundies... I admit.
In any case... it's my personal opinion that this is what will end the Bush administration before it's time.
And thank god.
It's just sad that the New York Times actually is representative of the general media in being the Paper of Record... they are representative of what's called:
Propaganda.
Now let's all say it together now... "Praaaaapaganda."
