From the head of the Tea Party:
Judson Philips, the head of Tea Party Nation, the US political movement, has said that bin Laden's body "should have been wrapped in pig fat" before burial, and says that the killing came in spite of President Obama and not because of him:
Quote: "It took almost ten years, but Osama is dead. That is the good news. The bad news is Obama is going to do what most politicians do, especially the liberal politicians. He is going to take credit for something that not only he had little to do with, but had we actually listened to him, the event never would have happened.
What should have happened, which would not happen under the Obama regime and to be fair, the Bush administration was too politically correct to do this either, but Osama’s body should have not been immediately buried. We should have told everyone that the body was wrapped in pig fat before burial.
Obama is taking credit for this. He did give the order. Did he really have a choice? If word leaked out that he had solid intelligence on where Bin Laden was and did not act, it would have killed any chance he had at reelection. Of course, he made his announcement right in the middle of Donald Trump’s “Celebrity Apprentice” show. Of course, that was just a coincidence."
So, let's see. The party that had NO CRITICISM AT ALL during the eight years Bush was President - 8 years that the economy was left to fall of a cliff, 8 years where Wall Street and KBR fleeced us of our taxpayer money without a single investigation, 8 years where we engaged MOST of our military might in a war with a country that HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH 9/11 - that party, who has blamed Obama for everything under the sun is NOW not only refusing to give him the respect he deserves for managing this military action, but are actually insulting him over it.
Talk about sore losers. The fact of the matter is, this is a democratic victory and a republican embarrassment. Bush, after continuous failure, abandoned the search for Bin Laden. Like every other decision he made, it was a bad one. We NEEDED this man dead to get some form of closure. And there naturally would be a psychological victory against Al Qaeda in Bin Laden's death. But, then again, all these people have is their criticisms. There is nothing else constructive coming from them.
They failed us on 9/11. We picked up the pieces and prevailed.
They failed us on the economy with their loser-ensured trickle down economics. We pulled everyone out of the financial abyss.
They lie and tell us it's the truth. We tell the truth and are accused of being liars.
This is an American victory. If you people are too sour and pissed off that competency, intelligence and education resulted in this success, go live in fucking Islamabad. You're either with us, or you're against us. Which one is it?
Please let us know, Judson. Maybe some of us can let you know.
