Welcome to the Tuesday edition of the Coffee Hour at Street Prophets. This is an open thread where we can discuss what’s happening in our lives, what we’ve been working on, and our opinions on current events. We’re going to start with a quick tour of New Church in Ireland.
At Lough Gur, the New Church was built in 1679 to replace an older chapel which was used by the Earls of Desmond. The famed poet harper Thomas O’Connellan died in 1698 in Bourchiers Castle and was buried here in an unmarked grave.
This is an open thread at the intersection of Politics and Religion. Talk about whatever is on your mind.
