Brexit Has Nothing To Do With Trade, And Everything To Do With A Tory Power Grab For British Human Rights.

"Brexit legislation to give Government sweeping powers to water down human rights and equalities laws, MPs warned"
- The Independant
Welcome to the Tory "Brexit" subterfuge plan.
Since obviously there will be no Trade if "Brexit" goes through (its a pull out of Britains only trade partnership, duh)...
... and since of course The Torys are fully aware of this...
...then the only conclusion left has to be that their real motivation to jam "Brexit" through at all costs, is to be handed the golden opportunity to Institute Mays onerous "British" Rights Bill.
Yep, Thats the same heinous Orwellian extremist Bill that got bounced 3 times already because of its ghastly draconian restrictions accross the entire spectrum of civil rights, authored by you know who- Theresa May.
In a word, May is hanging on despite everything because she knows that if she can just make It through the next couple of months, then thanks to "Brexit" (and "Leave") she will have tricked her way into owning the keys to the castle.
... and once separated from The Hague, whose members were the ones who shot down May's "British" Bill (3 times) there won't be a goddam thing to prevent the so called "Henry The Eighth" powers May has been after since her Home Office days.
"Brexit" has zero to do with trade, and everything to do with a rather blatant bid for a power grab...by someone who should not even be in power.
"Brexit" is a trap.
Atl: "this must not be undertaken at the expense of parliamentary sovereignty or rights and equality law protections.”
The UK has parliamentary SUPREMACY, which is inherently ANTI-democratic. It gives immense unlimited power to the politicians and zero power to the people, and lacks very basic democratic mechanisms such as a proper separation of powers (legislative -parliament, executive - govornment, judiciary - courts).
Parliamentary sovereignty is a part of the problem, not a part of the solution.
The only way for human rights to be properly protected at the national level in the UK after Brexit is via the UK having a major overhaul of its archaic theo-aristocratic anti-democratic non-transparent system, cancelling the anti-democratic parliamentary supremacy and adopting a proper WRITTEN CONSTITUTION (specifying democratic mechanisms that LIMIT the power of the politicians in favour of the power of the people and establishing a proper separation of powers as the basis of democracy).
Without a proper written constitution that ends parliamentary supremacy, human rights in the Brexit UK will be exposed to the whims of the current government/parliament who can change/cancel human rights with a SIMPLE MAJORITY. In other EU members (which all have written constitutions), the government/parliament does not even remotely have such immense unlimited powers as in the UK.
Epilogue
Shortly before becoming PM, when she was still heading The Home Office, Theresa May herself is on record as having said she didn't think a withdrawl from The EU was tenable for Britain.
In other words, TM herself came flat out and said that she didn't think a Brexit would work either.
She did however say that although Britain should not sever its ties to it's trading cables and drift away to find yet to be named food resources...somewhere else that in her opinion Britain should absolutly abandon the Human Rights protections guaranteed to its citizens by The Hague Bill of Rights.
...Then whilst still at HO she submitted her own "British" Bill (see "3 time rejection").
...Then Cameron crashed and burned.
Shortly after that, the Tory executive planted her into her current job at Number 10.
Remember, TM didn't have to run for PM, she was installed there by senior party members- a replacement for Cameron.
No one will ever know who bankrolled TM to be the designated wrecking ball of Britain's Infrastructure, but it's a safe bet that they do come from very old, very exclusive entitled landowning famillies in Europe and The UK. The "Landed Gentry" or as it is also known The aristocracy. The same folks who can trace their ancestral roots back at least 600-800 years to their feudal land owning baronetcys.
