You never know when your Sunday will require something with a bit more oomph!
A mimosa uses the same orange juice base as the screwdriver, but the Champagne bubbles add a lighter touch than the vodka. For a twist, add wheat beer and make a heftier manmosa.

The Melon Patch Cocktail is a delightful treat for a light, fresh fruit brunch. It is a favorite on summer days when served with a fruit salad filled with cherries, melons, pineapple, and apples.

Pour the melon liqueur, triple sec, and vodka into a cocktail shakerwith ice cubes.
Garnish with an orange slice.

If you want to go all out for brunch, step it up with class by hosting a Champagne brunch and feature a Bellini cocktail. This peachy drink works well with fish and white meat dishes as well as light omelets.
The story behind the Bellini is that is was created in 1948 at Harry's Bar in Venice, Italy by bartender Giuseppe Cipriani. It was named after the Italian Renaissance painter Giovanni Bellini. Supposedly, the drink's color reminded Cipriani of the painter's preferred warm and subdued color palette.
