Okay, first we can laugh, because it is more than appropriate:
President Trump claimed that the “biggest mistake” of his presidency was appointing Jeff Sessions as attorney general, stating that he wished he could have a “do-over” on that decision during an extensive interview on NBC’s Meet the Press.
Oh, please. It seems like at least 60% of the country wished they had a “do over” and it isn’t about fluffing your …
Please proceed, Resident:
“If you could have one do-over as president, what would it be?”
“Well, it would be personnel,” Trump responded.
“I would say if I had one do-over, it would be, I would not have appointed Jeff Sessions to be attorney general,” the president added. “That would be my one.”
Chuckle chuckle.
Name any party of your residency that isn’t “personal” to you … waiting, waiting … how about foreign policy with … bwahaha
****
Okay, we are finished chuckling, seriously. This now gets real, because we’re now back to the problems at hand:
“Bill Barr is a very...he’s equally tough,” Trump declared. “He’s a fine man. He’s a fine man. The job he’s done is incredible. He’s brought sanity back.”
The president further noted that Barr “feels that what's happened in this country was a very bad thing and very bad for our country,” referencing Barr’s current probe into the Russia investigation’s origins.
Like I said, we’re out of the joke now and back into just how disgusting this man can be.
****
“Feels that what’s happened in this country was a very bad thing AND very bad for our country.
Okay, how about this; Fck you, Resident.
Let’s look at exactly what this man is saying. Sessions was not a bad A.G. for his policies, which included the initial abuses on the border, sending more people of color to jail, and reinstating the grossly unfair aspect of the federal sentencing guidelines. Trump loved them
What then?
The only sense in which Sessions was a “mistake” was he failed to protect Trump big ass.
****
And the beautiful thing about Bill Barr is that it sure seems that his only initiative is protecting Trump’s ample ass.
This is now dead serious.
Trump attempts to hide the fact that his only policy now is protecting himself from a Democratic House. He states that it is bad for our country.
Again, ffff … you! This actually has nothing to do with our “country” and only applies to you and your crimes. You put yourself ahead of the country every time, all the time, with no exceptions.
This is what dictators do, personalize their fate with the nation’s fate.
****
Have no doubt, we live in a dictatorship, fascist wanna-be state that does still have some protections built in that ought to be used to stop this man, this dictator, this sick, self-serving, self-satisfied, criminal.
It’s not like you didn’t know that.
But I suspect that most didn’t know that Trump admitted an error in his residency.
He failed at protecting his own ass better at the beginning.
F-him.
****
Bye, y’all.
Peace.
