CBC just projected that Canada will have a Liberal government. According to CBC’s figures, the Liberals have 38% of the vote, the Conservatives 31%, the NDP 15%, Bloc Québécois has 4%, and the Greens 10%. Before the election, NDP promised not to go into a coalition with the Conservatives. More to come.
