our mental health can be served by taking a moment to appreciate individuals and businesses stepping forward to help others, find ways smell the roses in life, walk outside listening to birds, figuring out how you can play some sports with a friend,
admiring Italian opera stars singing from their balconies,
taking up new exercise routines
and laughing along with others who find inventive ways to thrive in and communicate the necessity to social distance to flatten the curve.
