No link, but just saw it on MSNBC that the judge in Tom Delay's case has been removed. I wanted to give the heads up and let people know. This is a incomplete dairy without a link. If someone finds a link before I do then please post it. I'll update the dairy when a link is offered. I'll also delete the dairy if suggested for someone else who finds a link better. I just wanted to let know that MSN NBC was reporting this.
DU has posted that CNN has also mentioned this

AUSTIN (AP) - A Democratic judge in Austin won't be presiding over the conspiracy and money laundering trial of GOP Congressman Tom DeLay. A visiting judge has decided that Judge Bob Perkins should be removed from the case.
DeLay -- who's a Republican from Sugar Land -- says he's innocent of conspiracy and money laundering charges linked to 2002 legislative campaigns. DeLay didn't want Perkins to preside over the trial.
Earlier Tuesday, a GOP legislator who's known Perkins for years said he personally doesn't question the judge's ability to hear the case. That endorsement came from State Representative and former Travis County sheriff and prosecutor Terry Keel.
DeLay's legal team subpoenaed Perkins to testify, but Judge C.W. Duncan ruled Perkins was not required to do so.
